Chattanooga Financial Aid

Students who wish to utilize federal and state funding to assist with their college expenses are encouraged to apply through the financial aid office.

Applications are available from the admissions office or the financial aid office. Miller-Motte Technical College is authorized by the U.S. Department of Education to award Federal financial aid in the form of student grants and student loans.

The Federal Pell Grant Program provides Federal grants to students who show a calculated financial need.

The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FESOG) provides Federal grants to students who show an exceptional calculated financial need.

The Tennessee Student Assistance Award (TSAA) is a state grant available to Tennessee residents attending a Tennessee institution. It is awarded to certain Pell-eligible students. Funds are limited and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
