Other types of student loans are available through private sources and without the "STRINGS" attached to federal student loans. These loans are credit based; however, there is no loan limit on these loans such as exists with federal student loans. Information may be obtained in the Financial Aid Office.



The Federal Work Study Program (FWSP) enables a students to earn money for their educational expenses by working in part-time positions. Students are paid minimum wage for up to twenty hours per week, depending upon the position.



Vocational Rehabilitation - A student with a physical or mental disability which may be a handicap to employment may be eligible for training services provided through the state government agency for Vocational Rehabilitation.



Veterans should contact the Veterans Administration regarding their educational benefits.
