Miller-Motte Technical College is authorized for operation as a postsecondary educational institution by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. This authorization is renewed each
year and is based on an evaluation by minimum standards concerning quality of education, ethical business practices,
health and safety, and fiscal responsibility. The Clarksville Campus offers the associate of applied science through the Tennessee Higher Education Commission.

The Medical Assisting program is accredited by the
Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP/CAHEA), on recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation for Medical Assistant Education.
